It's a perfectly fine longer term stay hotel. I am just too old for this. Nothing in the rooms is stocked anymore - you even have to ask for a coffeemaker which is now standard equipment in every hotel room. It's part of the cleaned and sanitized kitchen equiment you can request, but then everything is also packed in plastic, which I am not a fan of. Our room also wasn't super clean (clean enough but for example there was a used napkin in one of the drawers and crumbs in others). There aren't any dining option or grocery stores in walking distance - so do your shopping beforehand if you won't have your own transportation. The "breakfast" was also more than disappointing. While at least the tea water was hot, the only options were grain bars and chocolate muffins. Not even a banana as a fresh fruit option. And it seemed once the "buffet" was set up, nobody maintained it - things were empty, trash wasn't clean. One of the mornings there was oatmeal and spilled tea on the floor and it stayed there until breakfast hours were over. The front desk also wasn't always available - I would have expected a bell or at least a phone number when they weren't there. Some of the staff was also super inexperienced and didn't know what to do without supervisor approval, which also wasn't always available. I don't know if that's wat made them surly or if they already were, but a smile and eye contact would really help even when things go wrong.
