Unfortunately, we have had many issues during our stay most of it because of the owner.
1. We booked the premium room and paid extra for it, however, the owner told us that was already full and didn't give us the room even though we paid for it.
2. Breakfast was included in our stay, but the owner claimed it is not included and we had to show her proof several times by showing her hotels.com documentation before she had to accept. She gave 1 tomato to 4 of use which clearly wasn't enough
3. There was no hot water in the morning, and the owner said it must have finished. I don't think this is acceptable in a hotel room
4. When we tried to ask for towels because the ones in the hotel room were wet and used, she tried to charge $15 for them and didn't give us any clean towels
5. One air conditioner was working and it was cold in the room. When one of the owners came in the room, he saw the second AC working and said it was working in a high setting. 5 minutes after he left, they cut off our electricity so we don't consume any energy. There was electricity around.
6. The owner was very rude and tried to blame us for everything and told us to go to a 5 star hotel if we want clean towels.
In summary, horrible experience with the owner, and I would stay away and pick somewhere else
