My experience - First, When we checked in the administrator (Marco) was acting like he was in a rush, he told us the room he was going to give us was the smallest one as it was the one we paid for (we did not know it was the smallest), not like the one advertised. Second, not hot water until the following day, we sent him a txt message during the night and he never replied back until the cleaning lady showed up the next day. third, all rooms in the house have a lock (very bad appearance), even the kitchen has a board on top of the breakfast bar to limit access, the kitchen door also has a lock we were not even able to get water or use the refrigerator, when we mentioned we had some food that requires to be frozen his reaction was like: "It is not my problem". Finally, the house has at least one camera inside of the property, in the entrance corridor which at least for me made my stay very uncomfortable, all the time we felt observed and/or listened. In my opinion, outside cameras are for surveillance and indoors cameras are for spying, very uncomfortable.
