Horrible
We started our stay with needing a cart to bring in our stuff and told that someone else had the one cart. My husband waited 15 minutes and still no cart and no offer to find it. When I entered the room the first thing I saw was a couch that looked like it was falling apart. Upon closer look it was also disgustingly dirty. It was so dirty that I wouldn’t even put my luggage on it. The sitting area didn’t even have a tv. To watch the only tv you had to sit on the bed. The bed was clean and so was the washroom. In the middle of the night the smoke alarm started beeping indicating that the battery was almost dead. This would be a safety issue and batteries should be automatically changed way before the battery dies. We were so tired after a very long ride that we stayed. I did report all the issues when we checked out. She wasn’t surprised and her responses were not sufficient. We will definitely not be staying there again.
