Reception is in the building nearby. Be sure to keep that in mind.
No fancy building just a normal one which you don't recognise from outside as a hotel with like ~40 rooms. The furniture is nice and clean.
A strange thing is the bathroom, it is just separated by a partly see-through glass door and pane. I stayed there with a friend of mine (two boys) so be sure no one wants to leave the room while you're showering or "doing your business" as he comes by at the bathroom glass door.
On the table is complementary water and tee, which gets filled up every day and cups for tea or coffee. Neat.
Yeah, the hotel is in a kinda like industrial/commercial district but that is it. No noise, not much cars are passing by and not much business is going on there.
Be sure to check out the "Ginger" to-go-restaurant, it is only a few meters away. For me, I ate there the most delicious chicken salad of all time. We came over a few times as we did not expect such amazing salads/wraps/etc.
Plenty of parking space available. We walked to downtown once for 30min. I'll recommend to take the car, it's quicker.
