The hotel as such is nice, but staff seems to be very badly trained and/or not having a personal interest in delivering a decent service to the customer. To ask for just the price of late-checkout we had to call five times the reception, they forwarded our call to another person/agency who never responded, after complaining we were informed that they will forward us to another place who also did not respond, so after complaining again the receptionist said she will inquiry herself the price and call us back, which never happened. So we went ourselves down to the reception where finally the same person knew the simple answer of the late-checkout price, so why not tell us directly instead of repeatedly forwarding the call to some dysfunctional call center? Typical third-world service quality in Chile, but for a hotel of this class and price you should be able to expect something better...
