The hotel is very beautiful and architecturally appealing. It's a pity, of course, that you can't open any windows in the rooms and that there are no balconies available. We had problems with the room service. As the main restaurant was closed, we decided to have dinner delivered to our room. We made our selection and placed our order online using the QR code. The wait should be about 20 minutes. After about an hour, the food we ordered still hadn't arrived. We then called the extension number provided and asked when our food would be coming. We were then put through to room service. However, they said we would have to speak to reception. Called the reception again and was told "Why are you calling again? You should be speaking to room service!"
We then said that room service told us to speak to reception... An endless back and forth! When I called room service again, they said that our order had only just been delivered (almost 1 hour later?)! Be that as it may. Food arrived late. It was okay, but not outstanding. Otherwise, we can definitely recommend the hotel. Beautiful rooms, facilities and comfortable beds.
