Clean rooms, friendly staff, prompt service. There is a bit of renovation ongoing, but I guess the rooms are soundproof because I saw it but I didn't hear a thing. I'd definitely rebook.

A very nice and quiet place for rest and relaxation. Did not like the noise of on-going refurbishing.

The room was very clean, although it was a bit small. There was no off-street parking available, which was slightly inconvenient. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Construction is still ongoing, and the front entrance could benefit from some additional cleaning to improve the overall first impression.

I booked the family loft for my husband's birthday mainly for the dipping pool. The room was spacious and clean. The AC worked well that we even had to turn it off. However because my husband is 6ft the height of the bathroom was a bit uncomfortable for him.

Thanks to Josiah for the smooth check-in and fulfilling all my additional requests perfectly. The entire team including Rachel, Chelsea and Sheena were most attentive during the 7 days that my wife and I stayed at the Bel Air Hotel. The apartment had two bedrooms, both very clean and the shower was spacious and always provided hot water when used. The air conditioning got the apartment super cool, something needed in Guyana! The place was spotless, the staff were happy to clean the apartment as requested, so thanks to the cleaners also! Not a sign of any issues, the bed was comfortable and clean. I would happily go back to stay again at the Bel Air Hotel.
