There was no receptionist, not receiving calls all night long. I couldn’t check in. Moreover, there were bed bugs in this property so I got bitten everywhere while I just waited for the check in and checking if there is an available bed at least(Just in case if I can contact and self-check in). So I stayed up all night dozing off at lobby. Even if I could check in, it wouldn’t be able to sleep anyways. It was a Sheer Horrendous night to get tortured. There were 5-6more people who came out to lobby at midnight and dawn due to bedbugs. There were checking their backpack and belongings to get rid of bedbugs. Shared Kitchen had cockroaches. Entrance was open all night without any security, so does the bedroom doors. So literally any strangers can walk in and rob, sleep, violate whatever in this property without any safety control. I also tried to keep contacting for the refund cuz there’s no difference basically - actually worse - to stay in the airport lobby and here except here I could get bitten by bedbugs with safety concerns. But the person in charge wasn’t responding, also I contacted Hotels.com customer service agent and their side called the property person in charge but also no response. Finally morning came, and people are complaining about this issue(bedbugs and safety), I am writing this review. I am so tired and I just can’t believe they received money for this.
