I stayed for one night. Man at the reception was very stoic, somewhat robotic. Maybe that was his character, then he chose wrong profession. Next morning, , there was not any egg at breakfast buffet, so I asked staff for fried egg and got it without any comment but waited for almost 20 minutes. When I was checking out same staff who was there when I checked in told me he would not charge for egg even though it was specially ordered because I asked them before 7:30 AM. I could not believe what I was hearing but I did not say anything because I just wanted to leave. One of the worst experience I had in my travel history. By the way, he helped to carry luggage to my car, though. Just to be fair.
