I made my booking via the hotels.com app, after one night we were kicked out because apparently there was something wrong with the booking and the hotel didnt have my reservation eventough i had a valid confirmation. So because they were full, the owner moved us to a much less nice hotel, promising me i wouldnt get charged for anything and expedia told him they would even cover my costs. I didnt wanna put him in trouble because he made up a good story that i believed it wasnt his fault. Nothing happened, i got fully charged for both nights, lost half a day of discussions. I sent emails to hotels.com and the owner of the place, neither even responded! Very dissapointing service!!!
