Room without water during day - minor service reac
2 Nights- 1 Full Day
The complete day (-ca 18h) there was no water in the room available - due to internal constructions works, which neither were announced upon booking nor mentioned on Check-in.
So I was very surprised when getting up later in the morning and here was no water at all for washing/Showeinlagen etc.
Complaining this at the reception, they just proposed me to shower at the gym some floors downstairs, where water would be availble and brought me some tap water to use for tea - that was it.
So as I have not the personality to puts pressure on complaints, I left it like it was.
However I find this quite dispapointing for a hotel like this. Other hotels of this kind would inform upfront and either offer a price reduction or some other kind of compensation for this inconvenience (e.g. a free breakfast or drink at the bar) - but here ? Nothing.
Sorry, but that's what I only can give a minor Service and Comfort Rating.
The Rest was absoluter fine
