This was one of the worst hotels I ever stayed at. Thats not just my opinion. Every customer there was upset. My door to the room was broken, the room was dirty and the breakfast was pretty much inedible except the apple juice

Pool looks nothing like the pics. Sand was in hot tub. Water in hot tub and pool not clean. Toilet base nasty. Hard to get hot water out of shower.

The room was not the cleanest and some things were a little run down in the room. The bed was comfortable and the tv was nice. The balcony was so small I got anxiety being out on it because of how close you are to the rail as soon as you step on it. That’s the first time I’ve ever been anxious on a balcony. The indoor pool was small but very nice. The water was so cool and we enjoyed it the most. Overall it was affordable and nice for the price. The location was great and close to a lot of the attractions. We would stay again.

We had such an enjoyable stay here. Staff was super friendly. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. We asked for extra pillows and was given extra. In walking distance to strip of pigeon forge.

Hot tub was amazing; nice simple warm breakfast; rooms were clean and comfortable. Andrew and other staff were above and beyond friendly!

Got to the hotel early and wanted to check in but they wanted to charge extra to check in early. No AC in lobby or elevator and the pool looked like it hasn't been cleaned in months and the rooms AC didn't work good and the toilet would rock when you say on it and mold and mildew in the bathroom. I wouldn't recommend no one staying there and the breakfast wasn't really when we went down at 8:30 and the staff acted like she didn't care when everyone was complaining about the hotel that morning.

Hotel is dirty. Bugs in room like ants. We did see a roach in bathroom. Took the kids to swim. Pool was dirty and green. Frogs was in pool. Staff was friendly

The hot tub was dirty, the room were dirty, they don't clean the rooms, the breakfast was not good and the management just complained about they can't afford to buy stuff for breakfast. We will not go back.

There was stains on the pull out bed. Stains on the sheets og the beds looks like lip stick. Air conditioner did not work great. Killed a roach in the bathroom. Staff was helpfull but did walk into a room that was already booked. Im happy he was with me to check the room. That could have been real bad. Pool was green and had frogs in it.

$15 charge early check in The swimming pool looks very dirty The lobby was extremely hot The room was hot. The air wasn’t even on. I had to keep the thermostat below 65 and it was still not cool in the room. Coffee packet opened empty Sink wasn’t clean Not enough lights Pill in the floor in my room Not totally clean The shower had very little water pressure and I didn’t get any hot water for about 10-15 minutes Only do it 8-9 am At 830 am no food left No food allowed in guest rooms too from breakfast Staff seems friendly but not place id go back
