The front desk staff were unfortunately not very friendly or approachable. Most of the time, they just stood there, and it was unclear whether they really wanted to be there to help guests. The floor in my room was very dirty. I had to ask the front desk if they could send the cleaner back to clean it again and bring extra towels. However, it didn’t happen the first time, so I had to ask again. On the positive side, the hotel’s location is good though.

카운터 직원은 매우 불친절하고 숙박시설에 대한 안내는 하나도 없이 조식 및 헬스장 시설을 셀프로 돌아다니면서 찾아서 확인해야 했습니다 . 그리고 방에는 날파리가 매우 많았고 악취가 심했습니다

櫃檯職員冷莫，登記入住時什麼解釋也沒有，登記證件後就只把鎖卡放在櫃檯上。訂了兩間房間，下午二時登記入住仍有一間房間未預備好。反而清潔呀姨很友善，遇見時會問好。
