Great stay and close to ginza and stations.
It was a great stay at this hotel. The front staffs are awesome. You can order to ship your luggage and just need to bring them down to the lobby at a certain time. The hotel is close Ginza and stations that can literally take you anywhere else.

Great hotel and friendly staff
We booked the last few nights of stay at this hotel as part of our last few days in Japan. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. They spoke English well and there is always someone at the front desk even late at night. Upon check in the front desk staff give us a sheet of paper and explain room service, breakfast time, wifi, etc. They also helped and explained to us how to ship our luggage to the airport. This was very helpful since we're traveling with kids and have carry on and backpacks so shipping the larger luggage straight to the airport was great. Process was very smooth. We booked the luggage pick up online through the app the night before, drop off the luggage at the front desk in the morning and then check out. The breakfast provided at the hotel was very good. They have both Japanese breakfast (miso soup, grilled fish, natto, etc) and also mini pancakes and waffles, cereals and other American breakfast as well. We didn't pay the room rate to include breakfast so we paid additional fees for the breakfast, but it was worth it. We didn't want our room to be cleaned everyday so we just dropped the towels outside our doors and picked up new towels at the front desk. Anything else we need, we just asked and picked up at the front desk. We heard from other family members staying that if we let them clean our room, we get water bottles everyday. Overall, our stay was great. If we are in the area in the future, we would considered staying at the hotel again.

The bathroom was very smelly. Other than that, it’s a good hotel. I would not recommend staying here because of the smell in bathroom.

Last night stay in Japan
We picked this hotel for our last night in Japan because of it's higher ratings, it's closeness to Hamamatsucho Station (which is only one stop from HND Airport on an express train), and it's closeness to Hamarikyu Gardens; that worked out well. If memory serves me right, this hotel was also less expensive compared to other hotels with the same rating. However, this was our least favorite of any of the major hotels we stayed at and was a bit disappointing. The staff seemed a bit stressed, the carpet in the room worn and felt unclean, even though the room was clean. The breakfast was very good. It's an older hotel which means they only have heat or ac in the rooms, an even though temps outside were still warm, the hotel had switched to heat; our room was very warm, but fortunately we could open the window. Finally, after checkout we went back to the hotel to pickup our stored luggage. My husband needed to take a pill so he asked the staff in the restaurant (where we had eaten breakfast and they remembered him) for a glass of water. He was told he would have to pay for water (about US$5); how absurd. We would not recommend this hotel.

Favored stop in Tokyo
This is one of the hotels in Hamamatsucho-Daimon area which is very convenient if you fly in Tokyo via HND because of the airport monorail. The location itself is nice and quiet with with easy access to the whole metro system. This hotel is showing its age a bit but still in very good condition. Highly recommended for business trip or a budget leisure trip to Tokyo.

I wish it was much easier to use the room service. And there wasn't a lot of options for foods in the hotel restaurant. Little bit overprice too.

Hotel room was quite small for 3 adults. No wardrobes to hang your clothes and sitting place with chairs to sit down to eat or drink apart from your bed. Bathroom was also small and didn’t have much room to put your things. However, the location was excellent.

Hotel room was small for 3 adults. There was no wardrobes to hang your things and really no place to sit down apart from your bed when eating or drinking in your room. No place to put your things when showering the bathroom was also quite tight. Apart from that the hotel was in an excellent location.

10/10 Exceptional

This hotel was convenient during our 5-day stay in Tokyo. Less than 10 minutes walk to 2 major train stations so it was convenient to get to all parts of Tokyo on the Yamanote line. It's in a slightly quieter part of Tokyo which is what we wanted, although still close to many dining options and convenience stores. The shower was excellent. I appreciated being able to control the ac temperature in the room. The room was a spacious size by Tokyo standards. The setup of the room would have been a bit easier if the bed futon wasn't on the floor of a raised surface. So you do have to be careful while getting in and out of bed especially if you are elderly, pregnant, or a young kid. I would stay here again for the location and size of the room.

The only thing I didn’t like was that the bus could not stop in front of the hotel so you need to walk from the Main Street to the hotel with all your bags with check in and out. Otherwise rooms were spacious and the toiletries were abundant. The train station was really close.
