We came with a baby and pre-ordred a baby bed. When we came we found out we got a broken bed. We tried for over an hour to reach someone, and then they told us (It was already about 21:00, really late for a baby) they will send someone to fix it in about half an hour. After an hour I contacted again asking what's with him, and got an answer that no one will come. Could no one notify me?!
Afterwards I had to fight to get some refund, in the end I only got back the money for the bed and some credit points, really not matching the night I had, with a baby having to sleep with me in a normal bed because his bed is broken
