Safety Issue - Door cannot be locked
This hotel has seen better days……decades ago. Changed rooms twice as locks were faulty. Finally got downgraded to a room with functioning lock but faucet and tap feels like they could break anytime. Staff was apologetic but that’s about it. No service recovery at all. Honestly would never ever return, even if they paid me to. Don’t be deceived by the photos - stay at your own risk.

I like getting hotels that are part of Expedia VIP, well this was a horrible experience. The first room thst we got had cockraches, so i let them know and was moved to another room where the water was stuck in the sink. I’m very please with my stay at The Three House. Not sure why there so many negative review about this property. Overall staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is clean and comfortable. I would stay here again if I ever come back to Kaohsiung for holiday in the future.
