The villa was nice . Check in was horrible the shuttle bus was a disgrace it looked like someone picked up and abandone bus and sent yo get the guess . We were met by a guy on an Atv who said he would take us to our villa we never did get to see anyone to check in . The guy on the arc was going so fast we were unable to keep up with him we ended up getting losshe had to come back looking for us . Got to the villa the door wouldn’t open had to wait for someone else to come and open the door that night the door could not shut we waited over an hour for someone to.come and fix the lock . The following day we were leaving someone showed up in a van that looked like it was stolen from a car repair shop I was embarrassed to have my friends from the other resort see us coming out of that trash at the airport . I will not return to prestine bay resort or refer any of my traveling friends . Very disappointed in the whole experience .

Just don’t !
Terrible check in ! 2 dirty rooms later we finally got a clean. Room. Then the private pool was filthy . This never was corrected. No gas one day ..... then no water the next. The resort is all but completely shut down. You are 30 minutes from anything!!! Horrible service !!

Not a 4 star, maybe a 2!
My family travelled down to Roatan for a wedding, luckily not on this property. We checked in and there were some glitches but nothing uncommon. We headed right down to the beach and was eaten alive by sand fleas. No one at the front desk warned us to put on bug spray. Back in the villa the safe was broken, stuck open and beeping loudly. It took them 3 days to fix it. The kitchen had a constant puddle of water from the dishwasher, the blinds were broken, the villa pool was was missing a lot of tiles, there were chicken bones scattered throughout the main pool, and local protestors at the front gate about not getting paid by the hotel. But here is the funny, not so funny one! We asked the front desk for more toilet paper and it took them over 48 hours and multiple increasingly distressed phone requests to bring some. They did eventually bring 2 rolls for a 3 bathroom house with 7 people, at the end of the following day. It was such a joke! We changed villas the last day after my wife’s family left. Gained access at 11am and asked for a key to lock up and go into town, we were told several times that it would be just 5 minutes, it took them 8 hours to get us a key. I was lied to and told multiple excuses finally finding out that a person from housekeeping had it in town. As we crawled into bed that night we noticed blood on the duvet, absolutely disgusting! And to top it all off we were woken by construction at 5 am the last day. This is not a 4 star!

One of the best, if not the best villa resort on the island. I would definitively stay again. From a business standpoint, it would be beneficial to provide all-inclusive options for guests and in room minibar. Also, the pool was not heated but who cares when its over 88 degrees outside and the view is beautiful.

For the price you pay is not worth it. 1. everytime you need to got at the restaurant, you had to call to get picked up. annoying 2. one of the driver was very unfriendly, you will ask questions it bother him. 3. one time they forgot to pick us up, we had to call twice. 4. After finishing our breakfast, we want to come back to our villa & there was no driver. One of the tenant offered to take 3 of us. 5. Oh my god for the amount of money you pay they can't afford to pay a pest control. Critters all over the villa, disgusting. Huge roaches & Geckos. Outside the villa was infested of some kind of insects have no clue what they were & mosquitos un real. Would I stay here again NO.. not worth the price.

The views here are amazing! The staff was all very nice and the pool bar staff was exceptional. We didn’t spend much time at the beach but it was mice there too. We stayed in the villas. The villa needed power washed out by our pool area and the pool could use some cleaning and tile repair. Our dryer didn’t work but that wasn’t that big of a deal. We let them know and they offered to have our clothes laundered for us. We would stay here again!

Beautiful location on top of the mountain, unfortunately, not only infested with no see ums, but bed bugs as well. The infestation resulted in our cutting our vacation short. This resort appears to have been bankrupt for several years. Properties are not cared for. Outdoor wicker furniture is falling apart. Faux rocks on large resort swimming pool are broken and give a shabby appearance. There are no linens. Shocking to find a dirty pair of men's underwear in the hamper upon arrival. Bed linens were disgraceful . . .torn, stained and used. Literally, no refills on shampoo or conditioner. Washer/dryer convenient. Zero supplies provided. Housekeeping used my detergent to wash ripped "black" linens and left them in my dryer for me to fold and/or make bed. This is following their being informed of bed bugs. Restaurant food is spoiled. Waitress was in full agreement after smelling the cheese on my salad. Fitness center is laughable. Three machines, zero antibacterial wipes to clean equipment, yoga mats so old that they are faded not to mention stinky. There is an empty water cooler with no cups. I had to turn on the a/c every morning as it was "88 degrees" upon arrival. Kitchen reasonably equipped though burned myself on scalding water from the microwave taking it out as it is actually a foot or so above your head (I'm 5'8"). The bizarre assortment of cups looks like something found on the side of the road. No room, but so much more.
