Avoid. Staff have no interest in customers'/tourists' well being. Even though things started quite well with them arranging a car to collect me from the airport via messaging, things quickly deteriorated. They sell boat tours which require an average height person like myself (5ft 8 in/1.74m) to wade through shoulder deep water with significant waves, so reaching above the neck, to board the boat, even at the start. I felt this was too dangerous as I neared the boat and I turned back. I requested either to board via the dock or a refund, they eventually offered a strangely calculated 50% refund, which I refused. I've been on hundreds of boat trips across the world and none came close to this level of disregard for safety - their attitude is that if you wear life vests you should be OK... They also didn’t do basic things like give cash receipts, only on demand and days later. I reported them to the tourist office, so if others also experience problems it may be worthwhile doing likewise, as they should be sanctioned after multiple reports.
