Stayed in the hotel for three nights. Rooms are pretty old, no electronic door, only old key. There was a safe in the room, but there was no instruction and even the people at the reception didn´t know how to use it. The reception staff did not know much,questions about the surroundings were answered as they never been outside...
The location is ok, it is close to the sight like Cap Noir, Maido, the beaches and whale/delfin watching boats. Right next to the hotel are some good restaurants and the best boulangerie we found in la Reunion.
The beach is about 5 Minutes away.
The hotel was ok for some days, but when we returned to st.gilles le bains, we found another one which was cheaper and much better, l´Archipel...
