Clean and nice hotel. Small but clean pool with great view to the rice fields especially at sunset. The breakfast was the best we had in our complete Asia trip (fresh omelette, fresh banana cake, croissant and other pastries, fruits and also for the Asian guests like rice, fresh soup (delicious) and other things.
They also clean the room very well and the rain-style shower was great. We also used the free and clean fitness room, which has AC and working equipment.
The only downsides for us were: bikes are free but are in average conditions (gear shift not working, brakes poor, saddle tough, locks bit tricky), so for our longer bike trips, we tested and changed some bikes. No water dispenser in the public area, and the biggest drawback: the shuttle bus - it drives too occasionally. Just two times in the morning to the beach and two times back, the same for the way to Hoi An old town. If you miss the shuttle in the evening to Old Town, you basically have to wait for 90minutes (while the shuttle is standing still) we just tried it once and ended up using the bicycle or taxi.
