nice new hotel near the old street in Anping port
Our family (4 adults) took 2 rooms for a 2-night stay. The location is close to Fort Zeelandia and Anping old street, which is a nice area but will require cars or public transportation to get to the city center. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. They told me that they just started in 2018 Jan -- there were a couple of details to improve but the staff were very attentive so the small inconvenience was solved quickly during our stay. The rooms are very clean and spacious, and the decoration in the room and lobby are modern with tropic-theme, which is done nicely and so much better than some hotels with questionable tastes. The breakfast buffet includes both local and western styles -- the local style is great while the western style is somewhat basic (and would have been better to include cold milk). The hotel has a nice open-space spa and swimming area on the second floor that we enjoyed very much. All in all we were very happy about our stay and can recommend this hotel without reservation.
