The location of the hotel is in a not-so busy area of London, I believe it's considered the financial district. It was a quiet neighbourhood. Very walkable to tower bridge and some local restaurants. I loved the hotel because I could not hear my neighbours and slept well. I also like that the bed is firm. What I did not like was green light that is in every room. Even when you turn off all the lights, the green light remains on. Also the shower was a little difficult to figure out at first but I managed. Had really good hot water. I like that the room was equipped with a fridge, microwave, stove, oven and washing machine. No dryer though, which made me wonder how I was supposed to dry my clothes especially since there was no clothes rack or even a balcony.
Hotel staff was very friendly. Shout to Nas (not sure of spelling), but he was the nicest staff member there. Always willing to help and apologized when things were not going my way. He is the reason I really enjoyed my stay. Another staff member told me she would bring an iron to my room but it never happened. She did mention that she was new so she probably got overwhelmed.
Overall, I would stay here again now that I know how things work. Would give it a solid 8/10.
