We arrived arround 5pm and the check-in is done here by picking up your key from a box in the hall after getting instructions by mail. We were confused since we discovered that the room we were assigned to was already taken. We contacted the owner by the intercom with the person who was already in the room and discovered that there was a mistake made due to similar names. Since our room was already taken we got the studio of the guesthouse instead. The studio is nice, there is a bathroom and small kitchen to be used. Cleanliness could be improved however, we found a lot of hairs in our beds and plates, forks, knives etc were not always clean (guests clean the kitchen themselves). Beds were uncomfortable and extremely soft. In the evening/at night, we discovered there are a lot of Polish people living in this guesthouse permanently. The studio is terribly situated since its next to the common kitchen/living room of the guesthouse and walls are like cardboard (super thin) so we could hear all the noise from this area. The other Polish residents of the guesthouse kept talking loud, playing music etc until deep in the night and only got a bit more quiet when we complained with them. The owners are not physically in the guesthouse (only reachable by phone) so there is noone to pay attention to these sort of things. We managed to sleep around 3am and woke up early in the morning again by the other guests having their breakfast (again, thin walls). We had a terrible night here..
