Be Live Collection Punta Cana - Adults Only - All inclusive

Have not ever experienced this type of service before. Hotels’ staff doesn’t care about you, they are not willing to help with anything and when you ask them a question they give you attitude, majority barely speaks English which makes it hard to understand them or for them to understand you. Bartenders and servers are lazy and it takes forever to be actually served. Food and drinks are mediocre. Overall a bad experience!!!

The staff was excellent there were a few bumps with the quality of the rooms

4th trip to this this resort since last April. Will definately be back again soon. Very nice beach away from the hustle and bustle of Bavaro Beach

Best resort I have stayed at in my 30 years of travel. The adult section of this huge 18 building complex is superb. I was in room # 1227 an upgrade I didn't expect. The room was squeaky clean, all amenities working, toilet, shower, replenished mini fridge, etc. Free WiFI and Netflix movies. My room maid was very nice and professional, I tipped her handsomely. My butler was a gentleman and went overboard to help me when I was departing, had a problem with the return shuttle transportation to the Punta Cana airport. The young kids on the beach, both entertainment and beach staff were so happy and accommodating. I want to make special notation to the Be Live Adult staff: - Butler, Fednon is 24/7 available, the best, Aurora my room maid is amazing, little Candy is a bundle of joy, Branddy (with two DD's) on the beach staff was so much fun and laughter, Rodger from Haiti working hard was also a delight. I want to put in a great compliment to all the these hard working people who looked after me and made me want to come back next year. I am already looking at booking at "Be Live Collections - Adult Only" for next year in February. Best resort I have stayed at in my 27 years in the Caribbean.

I stayed at the Be Live Adult Only for seven nights in February as a birthday treat. I am very glad I did. It was beautiful to be able to relax on a sunny beach instead of the cold weather back home. The hotel is clean, and my master junior suite was spacious. Many thanks to Fendon, my butler, who took care of my requests, and he also made sure that my room was decorated with a happy birthday wish, and balloons! Another special thank to John, one of the waiters at the Market Place, who helped me every day to carry the plates to the table, as I have mobility issues. By the end of the week, John was so familiar with my food taste, he could have done it without my instructions…. Also, I don’t want to forget to thank all of the other people working at the beach, bar, reception, etc, whom all assisted me throughout, and made my stay more comfortable. I recommend this hotel.

The Adults Only section of the resort was amazing. It was quite, well-cared for, and peaceful. My room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. The pool area was great. The beach area would have been nicer if there were more umbrellas available for shade. I came down every morning at sunrise and all of the big daybeds were already reserved, often with people not returning for hours later. The family section of the resort was okay, with a lot going on, but not as modern as the Adults only section. The food selections at the buffet were okay. I ate at the Mexican restaurant and was disappointed they did not have margaritas or mojitos (which I could get at the pool bar). I also ate at the Brazilian restaurant and thought the side dish options were a bit limited compared to what I am used to. However, the meat offerings were delicious. The staff at the hotel are very friendly. However, a few staff members would not leave me alone (I am a solo female traveler) and it got a bit frustrating. I talked with other guests who were not staying in the Adults only section, and their experiences were very different from mine, especially their room conditions (mine were much nicer).

I just tried to give a detailed review of the property but it only allows 1500 characters and that didn’t even get me through the first night so I am going to summarize the stay instead. Day (1) Reserved ocean view master suite (not available when we arrived) put us in non ocean view room without jacuzzi on balcony ( only reason we chose this resort). In room safe didn’t work, phone didn’t work, and the water only worked intermittently. promised romantic in room breakfast as compensation ( got standard room service $7 value) Day (2) 4 pm finally moved us to ocean view suite. Thought everything was good however, phone also didn’t work, ( had to go across the resort to even order room service) nocold water in either jacuzzi(found this out later) also found out that the tv and WiFi were both not working. (Nightmare) Day (3) wife’s birthday and she spent most of the day crying in bed because bad experience. 4 pm again moved to another room. (Compensation romantic beach dinner $130 value). Still not ok as they have ruined first 3days of vacation. At this point we just stuck with the 3rd room (even though it also had problems) and made the best of the remainder of our vacation. In summary the resort has tons of standard rooms and very few ocean view master suites, so set your expectations low and just go for the cheap room that they have lots of and that should help keep you from being disappointed. We will definitely return to Punta Cana but not this resort.

Bad! Very bad!!!!!! Be live( adults only)shame on you!!!!! You know what is going on in your hotel and you allowing to continue. DISGUSTING!!! This review is just for people who are coming to relax here ON A BEACH. Who doesn’t want to get up at 4 am or 5 am In the morning to get A CHAIR ON A BEACH! But even at this time you will be out of luck, because it was already taking since NIGHT BEFORE! Obviously the guys who work here ( cleaners) making some kind of deal about chairs. And hotel knows about it!! That what disgust me the most. Anyway DO NOT come here. Maybe some of the things are still good here, but this chair/ bed situation overwrite everything else. I have been in so many places and this is the first one when I see what they are doing here. It’s obvious I won’t be back in this hotel and I will let my friends and family know NEVER come here.

Water did not work the entire first night. Telephone didn’t work in my room. I told the front desk and they said they’d fix it multiple times but never did. Never restocked the minibar unless you called and begged.
