The property needs a new bathroom ceiling and the window sills to be treated and re-painted (see images). More concerning is the smell from the pillows. I'd suggest that the linen is washed but the pillows have not for a while. We encountered additional issues (no toiletries, broken washing machine , faulty shower door..etc) which i was willing to allow maintenance time to resolve but the ceiling and sills could not be repaired without impacting our stay. Unfortunately had to leave after one night of four night booking in light of these issues. Propr from the management company tried to help but could not help resolve anything other than the minor issues. Some compensation offered, but not enough to cover the one night we stayed, let alone the loss of 3 nights we had to seek alternate accommodation. No satisfactory response from the management company (airmanaged.co.za) to the complaint I raised. Eventually after escalating through hotels.com managed to get a refund on the unused nights. Unacceptable condition to be listed in its current state.
