In accordance with our reservation, we expected to gain access to our apartment at 3 p.m. However, upon our arrival, we encountered issues with the entry codes, resulting in us waiting outside on the road until 4:30 p.m. During this time, we observed that the staff was cleaning the three apartments.
Despite paying for apartment 4.2, we were given apartment 2.3, which was smaller, and we did not receive a refund for the price difference.
Furthermore, instead of receiving an apology for the inconvenience caused, we were met with a very hostile attitude from the staff.
