We had extended our stay.booked again on the site. We got moved to another room, after packing everything and went to the front desk. We had to check out and check back in. Then was told we could stay in the same room and go back upstairs. Went back to the room. Got comfortable again and was about to get in the shower and phone rang. It was front desk to say that we were being moved to another room. So repack suitcase again. After a few hours in the lobby we were able to go to the new room.we had to pay damage deposit again and told that it would be a few days before the first one for the room to be refunded. Couldn't use the same deposit.unpacked and ready to take a shower. I got one leg into the shower then fell in the shower and hurt my shoulder badly. I hadn't realized that the bathtub was very slippery, it wasn't like that in the other room.Notified front desk. I was on the bed, couldn't move my arm, they didn't help much, just sent up a plastic bag and told to get ice on the 6th floor.was on 4th floor .I could hardly move.I couldn't even dress myself at the time. Wasn't even asked if i was alright, or offered help, or to send for ambulance. Wouldn't call a taxi or offer to pay for it to go to emerge. It is because of this that made it a bad experience. Usually enjoyed staying there.
