Foi muito boa. Tirando a antipatia da recepção.

A estadia foi ótima, porém os funcionários da recepção e da sala que fica as câmeras não são simpáticos. O atendimento é frio e sem um sorriso no rosto. Parecia que estavam ali obrigados. O responsável do hotel precisa rever isso.

You cannot beat the location/grounds/views of this property. Store Bay is wonderful. Close proximity to Pigeon Point which is one of the world's most beautiful beaches. The restaurant is very good and reasonable. Ask for one of their renovated rooms - they are great!

Not too bad

Not a terrible place to stay. The location is excellent as it's right on the ocean. The building seems quite old. The walls are porous. I could hear my neighbor snore in the adjoining room. Good that they had a nice size fridge, microwave and toaster, and coffee but you have to bring your own coffee,tea,etc. There is no continental breakfast. You have to pay for that.

I enjoyed my stay, I like the vast grounds and the way they have it set up. The room with a balcony overlooking the gardens was nice. The views on the grounds of the water are beautiful. The only downside to my room, #218, was the shower wasn't draining properly so you'll be standing there in a pool of soap and dirt and it's still there by the time you finish. I would think maybe a good plunger one or two times would help, I did mention it on my check out. Also, the room was a little damp, things took forever to dry, in fact when I got home things were still damp. But overall I do recommend this place and I would definitely come back.

Right on the water, very peaceful and calm. The staff was very friendly and nice and went out of their way to serve us. Room is clean and we had a balcony view of the ocean. I would recommend.

Welcoming, ideally situated hotel steps from white sands of Store Bay beach. Friendly & professional staff with rooms, grounds and dining room exceptionally well managed. Despite closure of the pool due chemical issue, guests were compensated proactively with complementary breakfast - outstanding!

Pros: convenient to the airport(we walked 5 mins to the hotel), right on the beach , and close to other beaches. The resort grounds are beautiful. The room was not as old as the pictures on this site, however could use and upgrade. The room was clean. The front desk and the what I think was the head cleaning staff were nice. Cons: food and drinks was very sub par. The food and drinks could really make up for the outdated rooms. Although the room was dated, it does not reflect the pics on this site. We would have preferred to eat a meal or two at the hotel. My room was much better than the pics on this site. I wish I took pics. The tv in the room was useless. Additionally, the WiFi was extremely slow which could be an issue for those trying to work while on vacation. Workers besides the 2 noted above were not welcoming. No one was rude however they were also not welcoming. This coupled with the aforementioned issues did not make us want to spend a lot of time on the property. Although the room could be updated, it not as dated as the pictures posted. Overall it was a good stay.

I had a pleasant 2 night stay at the hotel. My only wish is that as a beach property they should have shampoo, not only soap. Make use of wall-mounted dispensers for shampoo and soap to save money and reduce the plastic.

Walking distance from the airport, nice staff on reception, clean room, ocean view with the beach right there ! Beach towels also provided via housekeeping. Somewhat dated in decor, bed a little hard for my liking too, but good value, charm and great location will have me returning. Perfect spot for a short stay getaway

The views were beautiful from many angles of the property. The staff were amazing and friendly. Also the location is very convenient as you are able to get around to the airport and the beach in just a few minutes even by taking a casual stroll. Unfortunately, the pool wasn't open for the full length of our trip but the beach made up for that. If you are interested in the pool, call to confirm if it's operational for your travel dates

Ten minute walk from the airport. Always felt safe. Staff was pleasant, especially Hannah at the front desk. Only negative is the pillows were very thin and uncomfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

What a Wonderful staff at pick up and drop off. It was very quick to get my vehicle and it was ready when promised. It was clean and mostly full tank of gas. Highly recommended.

Always a wonderful and safe time at this location. Excellent location, right on the beach and very scenic views. The staff is always friendly. A couple rooms would benefit from a few updates. Other than this, I would highly recommend this hotel for a visit.
