Abysmal customer service, with either no response at all to messages or took days to reply after much prompting. I was never sent check in details despite asking twice. I had to wait outside in the cold for over 20 mins for them to then talk me through on the phone.
Apartment had a thick layer of dust everywhere, it hadn’t been checked over properly. I had to wash all the plates, pans, glasses and cutlery as food residue and grease left on them, toilet and shower not cleaned well either. Washing liquid for the washing machine not provided as stated in the listing. Sheets and towels stained. The apartment block is a mix of rentals and residential. The room was close to a yappy barking dog and young noisy children running in the corridor/slamming doors. This is something to be mindful of as it wasn’t a quiet relaxing stay. The apartment was stylish, and close to the town centre with a supermarket enroute. However for the price I expected a basic level of cleanliness especially when the cleaning fee is additional. Very disappointed with this unprofessional company and total lack of customer care. Much better apartments situated elsewhere.
