Avoid at all costs. Probably the dirtiest property and room we've encountered. we ended up leaving - it was worth paying the $100 to NOT stay there.

My room was full of issues-1) toilet seat was hanging off the toilet when we arrived , I notified the front seat two days to get it fixed but they never fixed it. 2) Room was full of dust.3), brown water was coming out of the pipes on day 1, 4)refrigerator was filthy. 5)Breakfast was a joke see photos. Pool was closed and never opened this year Hallway was dirty with the same trash near the elevator 2 days in a row. I would never go back again -staff doesn’t care about guests.

People living at hotel were very loud , obnoxious, hard to sleep and stay asleep, breakfast was useless , waffles with no syrup , and really nothing else for breakfast

The staff was very helpful - we didn't try the breakfast so I can't comment on that - I liked the set up in the room - very roomy - average on cleaning - it was old and needed some upgrades - one of the faucets by the coffee maker was not working but it was ok - only stayed two nights - didn't actually spend much time there to take advantage of any of the amenities - I would stay there again - price was better than most other places - it was sufficient.

Good enough room. Complimentary breakfast was laughable. No hot water, some cereal, a few pieces of toast hardly anything there. Didn’t expect much but a piece of fruit or a yogurt would have been appreciated. Bathroom towels are tiny.

There was no spa, there was some kind of brown/dried red on the floor in front of the bed. The shower the only setting that was working was the jet.

Our room (202) was not cleaned well at all prior to our arrival. There was leftover food from the last guest in the microwave, the last guest left their gym shorts in a drawer and a blanket in the closet. The pullout couch didn’t have a sheet. The skirting for the bed was ripped as well. There was maybe 1 staff onsite. The breakfast option was cereal with maybe an 1/8th of a gallon of milk in a mini fridge. I would not recommend staying here.

The place was dirty and when I closed the door to the bathroom there was a pair of men’s boxer shorts crumbled behind the door. I spoke to the very unhelpful person at the front desk and he shrug and he said he would tell the manager. It was disgusting.
