Unbelievably friendly, helpful and welcoming. Anastasis and team were always happy to see us and did all they could to help with every part of our trip. Such hospitality is a rarity these days. The hospitality was as impressive as the views of the caldera.

Our stay at Anastasia Apartment and Spa was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond in every way — they didn’t just meet our expectations, they exceeded them at every turn. The rooms were wonderfully comfortable, and what really made our stay magical were the daily surprises waiting for us each time we returned. It was such a thoughtful touch that made us feel genuinely valued as guests. The location was fantastic too, making it easy to explore everything the area had to offer while always having a beautiful, relaxing retreat to come back to. Amazing stay at Anastasis Apartments & Spa. The staff was incredible from the moment we arrived, greeting us immediately and making us feel welcomed right away. They were always available through WhatsApp for recommendations, reservations, transportation help, and anything else we needed throughout our stay. The rooms were spotless, unique, and unforgettable. The design and layout made the experience feel special, and it was the kind of place you want to show other people because of how cool and memorable it is. The views of the caldera and Oia were absolutely stunning. The location was perfect and made everything easy to access. Our stay at Anastasis Apartments in Santorini was absolutely incredible. The views of the caldera were breathtaking, especially at sunset, and the property was peaceful, spotless, and beautifully maintained. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and helped with everything from transportation to local recommendations and getting our private hot tub opened and closed. The apartment itself was inviting, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing after exploring the island. Breakfast on the terrace each morning was a highlight of the trip. The location felt private and quiet while still being convenient to everything we wanted to do in Santorini. We truly felt taken care of from start to finish and would recommend Anastasis Apartments to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing stay in Santorini, but remember to bring some Euros. The tourist tax, transportation and consumables (other than breakfast) are to be paid in cash. We would absolutely stay here again!

Just WOW!! From the moment of arriving it was 5* Service (even prior with the messages). Anastasia, Elizabeth and Athena were amazing, they set us up in a group whatsapp chat and to message them for anything we need during our stay!. A cold towel and welcome drink on arrival waa much needed. We had dinner at the hotel and everthing was perfect. The room, the view, the facilities and the staff were amazing! The breakfast in the morning was not only presented beautifully, the taste was outstanding and eggs cooked perfectly! Sooo much food! The turn down service and every little touches were such great quality! They made you feel like royalty. The bathroom even had a view from the ocean on one side to the Caldera on the other. My God this was great. There was only 1 minor thing, they asked you to shower before getting into the heated pool outside, Unfortunately I took a step into their shower and fell and hit my back on the step! Only the pool boy asked if I was ok. Thankfully I was just shaken and a bit sore but could of been a major drama. A bit disappointing as no one spoke to me about it, but we mentioned to the pool boy they needed a non-slip item in the shower recess. The next day when I went to swim i checked the shower and nothing had been done so I by-passed it to get into the pool. Then the manager came out with the pool boy and placed a non-slip mat there. Someone could be seriously injured if not addressed. Otherwise 10/10!! Love love love

When we booked Anastasis, all we knew was that it overlooked the caldera, had an infinity pool and fantastic reviews. We honestly had no idea just how special it would be. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel like family. Despina, the owner, welcomed us personally, introduced us to her team and then took us to see the view. When she opened the glass doors overlooking the caldera, we were completely blown away. It was one of those moments we'll never forget. Seeing the infinity pool disappear into the sea, then finding out our room overlooked it all, was simply incredible. Our apartment was spacious, spotless and nicely furnished with everything we needed. Every morning we enjoyed a different surprise breakfast on our terrace and with a view like that, we definitely did not want to eat inside! We also had dinner there one evening in a elevated private area. We had sea bass, grilled prawns and on our last day, we had moussaka, all were absolutely delicious. A special thank you to Despina for making our stay memorable and to Elizabeth and the rest of the team, who looked after us so well throughout our stay. Their kindness and genuine hospitality made all the difference. We've stayed in some wonderful hotels over the years and Anastasis is one we'll always remember. If you're visiting Santorini, do yourself a favour and stay here. You won't regret it. It will be a pleasant surprise!

Our stay at Anastasis Apartments & Spa was honestly one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. Out of every place we stayed during our Greece trip, this one stood above the rest in every way. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel less like guests and more like family. The level of hospitality here is something that’s hard to describe until you experience it yourself. Every detail was handled with so much care and genuine warmth, and you could tell everyone truly wanted your stay to feel special. The property itself is absolutely stunning. Peaceful, beautifully designed, and perfectly positioned with unreal views overlooking the caldera. Everything felt luxurious without ever feeling pretentious. Whether it was relaxing by the pool, enjoying breakfast with the view, or simply taking in the atmosphere, every part of the experience felt memorable. What makes Anastasis so special though is the feeling you get while staying there. It feels personal, welcoming, and authentic in a way that most luxury hotels simply don’t. Leaving honestly felt like saying goodbye to friends. If you’re visiting Santorini and want an unforgettable experience, this place is truly something special. Now We Understand Why Every Review Is 5 Stars! When we were booking our stay at Anastasis Apartments & Spa, we noticed that almost every guest had given the property a 5-star rating. It honestly seemed too good to be true, and we wondered, “How can everyone possibly give this place 5 stars?” After staying here, we completely understand why. This is a family-run property, and from the moment you arrive, they make you feel like you are staying with family. The level of care and attention is something you simply don’t find at a large hotel. Everything feels incredibly personal, from breakfast in the morning to all the little touches throughout your stay. They genuinely care about making your experience special. People travel to Oia and deal with huge crowds just to see the famous Santorini sunset, but we honestly think this property has one of the best sunset views on the island — and you can enjoy it peacefully, without the crowds. It was one of our favorite parts of staying here. We are vegetarian, and their home chef prepared some of the best meals we had during our entire trip to Greece. The food was thoughtful, delicious, and made especially for us, which made the experience even more memorable. Our advice: don’t automatically choose one of those big hotels with 100 rooms.
