Tune is was my favourite place in Manila before. .Instead of staying at my family's places, I stayed here just to have more privacy. .but staying at Tune QC is a made me decided, the last stay! During my stay, I never asked that my room be cleaned, I just took the clean towels from the very very kind cleaning staff but one day we forgot to ask her so coming back from our shopping at 9 pm, my sister asked for it at the reception desk and they told her that they would bring them directly to our room. Half an hour, 1 hour and after 2 hours I then decided to go down myself. .And here comes Andrea..I explained her first the issue , in a very calm way..from her, not even a sorry, no empathy and the way she answered that no one can deliver them ( ennk 2 different story which I would definitely understand) so you have to pick them up b for yourself, in a ..hey..is she le the receptionist and I am the guest. .felt like staying in a hostel and treated like a high school level type...I can't understand why such attitudes is now an accepted quality of Tune HR, to give such front position to individual like her..instead of pampering guests, sending them away and think 5 times to book Tune again, some of the guests I spoke to confirmed such feelings. We are hoping that the management will do something about it and see how nice and adorable Jollibee crew members greet clients with smiling faces, that's Filipino service and not Andrea's long face.
