Almost great
Well there was no bathroom fan..and the pillows were horrible...other than that it was great a few simple details and this suite goes up a star..oh and the continental breakfast no good kust had coffee.

Satisfied with our stay
Great place to rest your head for the night and save a few dollars. Definitely would stay again! The Days Inn building is a bit dated, and some cosmetic things showing but it has been given a nice facelift. Great location, easy on and off the highway. It was quiet and everything in the room worked as it should. Just a heads up for some...there was no in room coffee pots (plenty in lobby), beds were firm but comfortable, and no mattress covers just a thin pad between sheet and mattress. Breakfast was great! There was a good variety to choose from. The staff were very nice and helpful.

Shoutsout Stacey at the front desk! She was so nice and accommodating. We loved how clean the room was, the jacuzzi, and the fireplace! It’s also so close to a Meijer so we were able to run and buy snacks and winter clothes!

Gross don’t stay here!!!!!!
I booked this room for 10 year anniversary with my wife because of the hot tub. Photos on website are misleading. Pulling up to the property is a really nice looking hotel and at check in to of to go to the back across the parking lot to a run down tow story motel. Jacuzzi tub has foam filth as soon as jets were turned on. Floor of room not vacuumed room was ice cold when we got there bathroom stayed cold. The look of disappointment on my wife’s face was embarrassing. I paid $250 for the room that was worth $80 for a road trip motel!!!! Very disappointed!!! And beware if you wish to use the pool, you’ll have to walk across a parking lot in my case 14° outside!!!!

I will never stay at that hotel again.
I got there and it was run down the building was separate from the pool when I told them I had a handicap coming with me. I get in the lock was broke there was a bullet hole in the floor there was red stuff on the ceiling look like blood dried. The lady from check-in was so rude I had to have my mother go in and deal with her. Or as much money as I paid for my room I shouldn't have had a room like that especially with my handicap sister. Not to mention the bugs on the floor in the bathroom, and no hot tub. I had a video of the room when I first got there but it won't let me upload.

Looks like blood spatter on the ceiling. Dark red and color just look like a splatter.
Found bugs in the corners of the bathroom.

Think twice- great Continental breakfast w Gina
We arrived at the hotel and the exterior was dirty and looked unkept. Upon walking in, the sheets had VISIBLE stains. There was a piece of the ceiling caulk hanging. One of the pillows had hair all over it. We looked for extra blankets in the freestanding closet and there was none. In the bathroom, there were water stains on the back of the door and the ceiling tile was moved out of place. Definitely looked like the ceiling had leaked and was fixed very shoddy. The best part was the Continental breakfast and Ginas friendly face. Easily the cleanest place we encountered.

The staff made up for the horrible state that this hotel is in. The first room given to us had a leak in the ceiling from the floor above. There was a pool water on the floor and the end of the bed was wet. We were moved to another room which was not in any better shape. The bathroom had ceiling stains. The shower had stains and chips out of it and the bathroom door had a whole in it like it was kicked. I had to ask for a hair dryer. We have stayed here in years past and it was always kept up. Not sure why the hotel went downhill but certainly would not stay there again. Felt sorry for the staff because they were very pleasant and helpful.

The staff were very friendly and the lobby and breakfast were great! Didn’t get an opportunity to eat at restaurant, so cannot give feedback on that. The room was ok, the air/furnace worked great and bed was comfy. The plumbing is why I gave a low rating. When flushing the toilet I was always nervous that it wouldn’t flush and the water pressure and cool warm water in shower was awful, I have long hair and it took way too long to have a shower while being cold the whole time.

Check in was great. Didn't have a fridge in our room and one was brought up immediately. Room was updated. Floor was bubbled and walking on it was weird. It was a laminate floor so always seemed dirty. Outside of the hotel was another story. We were off to the side of the main building in a really old building. We were on the second floor and the cement "hallway" leading to the room was crumbling. One of those things were you hope it can hold you. We picked this hotel as there were rooms that had 3 beds and could accommodate our party of 5. Will not stay at this particular place again because of the age of the building (and price) and it didn't feel real safe for us.
