My stay did not have the best start. I am sure i booked a stay with a breakfast included but when I checked in it seemed they did not have this info. I'm not sure if it was their fault or hotels.com but the receptionist received an empty booking from hotels.com so they assumed it was without breakfast. The offer i booked with the breakfast included was still online but they said there was nothing they could do, they only offered to add the breakfast to my room for 10 euro a day, which I think was unfair since it was supposed to be included already. The room was as it's shown in the pictures but there was a weird smell coming from the bathroom and I bought candles to mitigate that smell. I used the spa a couple of times and had a massage. definitely not wort the money: the therapist didn't really know what she was doing and the massage lasted less than 90 minutes I paid for.
