It could have been a great stay 5 stars rating. However, when I checked, instead of checking my booking in I asked if breakfast was included and they told me no. Then i asked to include and said that i would need the invoice. They told me they could do the invoice only as a late checkout. It was a bit frustrating but they were not flexible. Therefore, my breakfast, a friend breakfast (who was in a different hotel) and the two waters I consumed there were invoiced as late checkout. After, I realized that my stay was with breakfast included and then, i would have to pay only my friend breakfast and the two waters in a proper invoice. It was only 18€ double charged and 38€ invoiced wrongly but it is not pleasant to be fooled. Hotels.com support was not effective. No reimbursement or any other atitude taken.
Additionally, one day i was during the afternoon in the room, the hotel owner tried to enter in the room, he was doing in all rooms. Not sure the motivation. It was not comfortable but i did not feel worried for anything.
They are polite, suportful, breakfast is ok, room is comfortable. The atitude messed up the experience.
