A wonderful hotel with very good rooms, really much to an excellent standard, but standards in Vegas are high and I know 15+ hotels. Unfortunately there is some work to do on the service side. I wanted a bag delivered to my room, took 2 calls and 2+ hours while you must not leave the room. A delayed bag never made it to the room despite calling. Had to pick it up. The bad bellservice is particularly painful as the walk to the ride share pick up is the longest I know in Vegas measuring from guest elevators. Minibar and water: no refill in 3 days. Expedia gold upgrade: nope. 50 dollars free drinks for expedia gold, didn’t work. I had a booking of 2 days and 1 day and asked them to merge it so I dont have to change rooms after 2 days. After calling a manager they made it work, but after 2 days my keys expired anyways and found myself with 3 shopping bags in front of my door which I couldn’t open. Walking to the reception is a quarter mile back and forth and two elevator rides. The elevator’s often crowded and half the time there is some waiting…but the hotel is new, fresh, very spacious, especially the public areas. Still,Encore is better in almost all regards, but also more expensive. If service is your second thought and price matters, I would recommend this.
