An incompetent staff member failed to provide hospitable customer service, and most of the others displayed a nonchalant attitude resulted in three change of rooms in two nights. As for the first claim of incompetency, cited "its my first day"as an excuse, yet failed to resolve the issue with empathy. The second claim of nonchalant attitude it was further supported by the lack of cleanliness and overall due diligence throughout the hotel. Our disgust from the initial interaction should have been enough to turn us away, but unfortunately, it was just the beginning of a troubling trend with this establishment, which was given every opportunity to make things right.
