The hotel and hotel staff only excellent. The restaurant is horrible service, we did not get serviced for at least 30 minutes. NO silverware on the table not even after we were served. The red head manager walked at least five times by our table and never asked if we have been helped out, but he had the courage and rush to our table when our daughter came to our table to tells us they were back from getting ice cream to tell us they were not allowed to be in the restaurant with outside food. I understand and okay with it. He should also be dedicated to making sure all customers get taken care of and not be discriminated. My opinion is the restaurant was not fully occupied, and other people were being served when they were arriving later than us. He should be fired including the host that was following him the whole night.
