We were totally happy about our stay in The Hubi. We have been here with our family for 5 days and we enjoyed it.
The staff is friendly and welcoming and does not hesitate to help no matter how small it is and around which time. For instance we wanted to ask one little thing and called the 24h open reception but caused by a technical problem we could not hear the staff. We did not know about the issue and simply thought we would ask tomorrow for it again. But couple minutes later an older mister knocked on our door and excused for the inconvenience caused by the technical problem and provided an answer to our question.
The rooms and the furniture are in a good condition and relatively new. The decoration is nice and AC and other appliances are working well.
The whole house is clean and the staff is doing a good job but I came across some minor things like little stains that just needed a bit more attention while cleaning, were still there after housekeeping cleaned our rooms. Also the sound-insulation is not the best but was ok.
I can completely recommend the hotel to anyone searching for a place in Sisli or in Istanbul. The only limitation I have to make is maybe for families with small kids due to the location and the traffic in front of the hotel. Since there is limited pavements and cars driving down the hill do not take much care of the people walking at the roadside. If you children are older, carefully and are used to much traffic, one can ignore this fact.
