Upon arrival I was unable to enter the front door, where upon I contacted headquarters for the passcode. Then at the assigned room I was unable to key enter and needed to call again. I was informed that the company had been transferred to Marriott and there were complications with the computer system. I was given help who used his computer to override the system. When I left the room I made a quick return but was unable to get in the front door. Two others arrived by Uber and neither were able to enter, so again I called headquarters, quite frustrated at this point, and they gave me the combination for the lock-box. I continued to use the key for the reminder of the visit. Otherwise the room was comfortable.
