Small, cozy hotel close to the sea, which is visible from your window and you just have to cross the street to reach it. It’s a 5-minute walk away from many restaurants, bakeries, and stores with fresh fruits and vegetables, herbs, spices, handicrafts.
Mr. Salih, the hotel owner is there every day, very kind and helpful with guests. We got to talk a lot both during my stay and after I left, and I can’t wait to be back and see him again! Because of some small technical issues I experienced with my room, I got upgraded to a much larger, nicer room.
Rooms have opaque draperies which keep the room dark if you feel like resting during the day. Large, comfy beds with a massive wooden frame, great water pressure, and very large shower cabins. In each room there's a mini fridge to keep your drinks and snacks, and an electric kettle to make tea or coffee.
Everything was clean and as someone with a fragrance allergy, I appreciated that the towels and bedding were not contaminated with ultra-perfumed detergent/softener. Wi fi and AC worked well.
The breakfast was delicious, with many vegetarian options and very kind staff greeting you with a smile each morning and open to adapting to your dietary needs and preferences. Both the restaurant and lobby are beautifully designed spaces you can spend time in during the day or evening.
I loved the plants everywhere; it felt like a botanical garden: loads of trees, shrubs, succulents, flowers, vines everywhere around the hotel.
