Odd shaped Deluxe Room, Poor Breakfast
I booked a Deluxe Room and was disappointed to note that it was a angular shaped room ( not rectangle or square) which personally I do not like. I finally decided to take a lower category lower priced Executive Room (which thankfully was rectangular shaped) and no refund was of course given by the Hotel .......
Most disappointing aspect was the condition of Towels in Bathroom. The Towels were really bad - strained not well washed and even the replacements requested were in very poor conditions........
The Breakfast was also very mediocre, limited range, no live counter for egg preperations. Also, only 1 waiter was serving in the restaurant floor on both days , the service was slow......
The location of the Hotel is otherwise good. The quality of the Bed Linen (unlike towel) was Excellent and of premium fine cotton quality.
I had visited this Hotel more than 1 year back and at that time it was quite good, well maintained and had an efficient Reception staff too. Disappointed this time though.
