Arrived very late after a long day of driving. Poor signage. Lobby drive too narrow to navigate in large vehicle. Parking lot full, clerk yelled thru the locked door that we should use key to enter. I tried yelling back that we were trying to check in and concerned about parking. She said there was no check in after midnight and she’d have to cancel our room. I called from the car to try and clear up the confusion. She said Expedia (not hotels.com) would have to work it out, and hung up. Hotels.com told me she (same person) refused to refund my payment.
