This Resort is so convenient and spacious. The skyliner makes hoping to Art of Animation with it’s great walking trail and Photo opportunities a breeze. Would look to stay here again.

Beautiful area, convenient to Epcot and Hollywood Studios with easy to access Skyliner. Also a short walk or skyliner ride to Disneys Riviera Resort. There is a Joffrey’s Coffee right next to the Skyliner which was convenient in the mornings. Easy access to the main building “Old Port Royal” where restaurant and main lobby is. Overall clean and comfortable.

Property was pretty. The rooms looked like dingy cheap motel room. Disney also cut back on daily room service. Rooms were a mess daily with wet towels piled up. I was not happy paying all that money and not receiving housekeeping. Not sure why Disney thinks this is acceptable.

Too pricey and just ok rooms

We stayed here several years ago. The rooms are just ok. The hotel itself is very pricey and in my opinion, not worth the cost. The property is clean and well maintained. The updated food court has less to offer their guests. Not much of a variety. Was much better before they did the upgrade. The pool is nice and great for families. Would. It go back as the cost of this particular hotel is not worth it.

Caribbean beach resort is a fun, relaxing resort. However you could be in for a lot of walking/hauling stuff around. If your room is away from the parking area you may not only have to walk further/haul stuff further but may also have to haul it all up the stairs. There are no elevators. The skyliner really isnt that far from anywhere on site, maybe around a .25 mile. And bus stops are at each country but stops at each stop before leaving. For the value this was a nice resort. Light Mousekeeping was done every other with a change of bedding on our 4th night.

The resort is old, rooms are small for the price. Food and beverage qervice are below average! You pay for the brand: Disnay. The resort is big and you may end up very far from the central pool. A waist of money. You should go to a resort out of disney group, you will save money and get much better service and amenities and quality of food.

Hôtel parfait et bien desservi

Un séjour très agréable. L'hôtel est à taille humaine en raison de son architecture organisant les chambres en petits ensembles de deux étages max. Le décor sur le thème des pirates fait le bonheur des grands et des petits. Les chambres situés en Trinidad ont la petite piscine juste à côté (elle est peu fréquentée) et le petit service de restauration. L'ambiance est tranquille car à distance des lieux très fréquentés. La station d'embarquement du skyliner offrant un accès direct et rapide (10 à 15 min.) au parc Hollywood studio est à deux pas et les bus permettant d'accèder à tous les parcs sont fréquents et rapides (environ 20 à 30 minutes max pour aller au Magic Kingdom). Un hôtel à recommander !

Super séjour en famille. Au top on est chez Disney ! Service accueil propreté animations pour les enfants. Les enfants (7 et 10ans) étaient ravis et nous aussi. Supers animations pour Pâques. On reviendra!

Très bel hôtel. Était en rénovations durant notre séjour, mais comme nous étions à Disney toute la journée, les travaux ne nous ont pas dérangé. Le service de navette vers Disney est vraiment très pratique.

We spent 7 nights here. After the first night I told front fest we had no hot water and the air conditioning unit was excessively loud all night. The hot water was somewhat repaired, we had warm water the rest of the week but not the ac unit. We had terrible sleep here because of the noise from the ac unit. We had no house keeping the entire stay, only on 2 days we had some towels dropped off and the bin emptied. The room was very small and dark and very dusty. There were cobwebs around the outside edge of the front door, the walkways around the resort had the paint all peeling off and desperately in need of repair. We paid a lot of money to stay here and we’re very disappointed in what we received. I definitely wouldn’t stay again and wouldn’t recommend it either. I spoke to front desk on check out and the did refund me a night and a half back for the inconveniences we had and because they never fixed the ac unit.

The staff was exceptional. We had to stay an extra night due to Hurricane Ian and they were very helpful. They worked very hard to help everyone in any way they could
