It was ok. I would not have complained at the time but got a text message so let them know about 2 problems. Shade was broken, had to roll up manually, they tried to repair but person had left for the day which was fine as it was the filtering shade. However the FITTED sheet was for a queen bed and we had a KING bed so the mattress was exposed. Soooo, the manager brought up two FLAT QUEEN SHEETS AND A DUVET cover and handed them to me. We just laid the flat sheet OVER the fitted to cover the top of the mattress and tucked it in. Didn’t expect I would have to change my own sheets but oh well. Times have changed. I told them to fix the shade AFTER we check out. We do have reservations set for Sunday thru Wednesday next week too so hoping things are better. 😢
