Property itself is great. Front desk, not so much. Sraff at check-in seemed bothered by our presence, curt, abrasive and impersonal. He was unwilling to consider a room change from next to elevator, saying the property only had three rooms total with a single queen. When we offered to pay for an upgrade, he shamed us for booking through Expedia, saying he had no way of upgrading our room because we booked through a third party. Since we were already checked in, we were told we had no option but to accept our room right next to the elevator and there was nothing he could do about it. We checked in at 3:15 pm, when the property was mostly empty.
