Rating for Caesars Palace Las Vegas
Unfortunately, I can only recommend Caesars Palace in Las Vegas to a limited extent. Despite sending five emails with questions before our arrival, we received no answers. Instead, we received numerous automated emails with additional offers that can be booked on the website.
Booking and pre check-in were not possible for European customers. You have to fill in everything, only to receive an error message at the end, which is not apparent beforehand. On-site check-in took a whole 45 minutes, even though we were the only customers. Every day we could observe very long queues at check-in.
The stated times for the gym do not match the actual opening times. The opening hours are not tourist friendly and when we arrived we were told that the gym was closed from 6pm. When we used the gym, this information was then corrected to 7pm, which was annoying for me as I wanted to use it at 6pm the day before but didn't because I thought it was closed.
Another negative point is the breakfast buffet. A breakfast buffet is listed on the internet for 20$, but this cannot be booked. There are only local places where you can have breakfast, but no actual hotel restaurant as you know it from other hotels.
The general opening hours in the hotel are unexpectedly strange for Vegas. Many places are only open from 9am to 9pm. The gym is open from 6am to 7pm, which makes it practically unusable for guests booking day trips or planning a daily routine.
