Sad stay
We stayed last year. It was fantastic. This time I got there and although I prepaid, they couldn’t find my reservation. Eventually, they gave us a room. When we needed toilet paper, I had to call four times before we could make it happen. The beds have a metal base that move around on the floor and the springs make so much noise at the slightest movement It keeps you awake all night. When we got to the breakfast that was included, it was all cold, not heated, even though it was the beginning of the breakfast time. I can say the room was clean and the shower was wonderful. That was the highlight.

The breakfast area was too crowded with everything all along one little wall. The guests didn’t fit so they went to pool area. The complimentary ice was with fruit was so good but almost give day 1. Exact same water still there next day with soggy fruit mush.

Needed a place near Glendale for my niece's wedding and Serene fit the bill. Rooms were decent size, beds were fine, and the complimentary breakfast was better than average. Only downside was that the TV didn't work and we were told to unplug it to reset everything which fixed the problem. The room phone didn't work either, but no big deal these days. We didn't use the pool, but one family did and said the water was freezing. Didn't get towels after the first day, but I requested them the second day and the maids delivered a new set and also made the beds. Nice mall location in a good section of the Phoenix area with a Portillo's just across the parking lot.

Over night for a festival.
Over night for the noodles festival in Peoria. Front desk clerk was very nice. Gave us an early check-in and a welcome gift. Good service and comfortable. Great selection of TV stations to choose from. HBO etc. We will stay again.

Smell drains dirty pipes
I was forced to miss the first day on my reservation due to the establishment requesting a cash deposit. Day 2 was horrendous after I woke up choking on the the god awful smell wafting from the pipes. I will not be returning to this establishment anytime soon.

Nice for the price
I am always skeptical of low priced hotels. This one was updated, clean, and very large rooms. The Breakfast buffet was excellent. Very organized, clean, and meticulous. Hot eggs and meat along with bakery items and cereal. Only issue is no indoor corridors, all rooms open to the exterior. Centrally located in ana are near many restaurants and shopping centers. You could walk less than block to 4 nice restaurants.
