Check-in was easy, front desk person was polite and efficient. Room was comfortable and clean, except for the struggling spider in the tub, almost dead. (Perhaps he survived the flush?) Glad spiders don't freak me out.
The biggest drawback was breakfast, which is usually what I look for in a hotel. (I can sleep anywhere, as long as it's clean and comfortable.) Eggs were like a pancake, I guess "over hard" and link sausages were puffy and grey, neither of which was at all appetizing. Waffle irons were not on, so that was out for a hurried bite. Diced potatoes looked good, so I ended up mixing some with an egg and sprinkling cheese on top, which didn't much help. Bacon? Ham? Scrambled eggs? Waffle? Any of those would've been great, but some things just don't do well batch cooked and left on warm. I ended up with a pretty good muffin and a banana, made up a bit for the hot food being disappointing.
